My menu plan for this week is:
Monday: hamloaf, steamed vegetables, salad
Tuesday: we’re going out to eat to celebrate our anniversary
Wednesday: loaded baked potatoes (broccoli, bacon, sour cream) w/ a salad
Thursday: creamed chicken w/ peas (More-With-Less, page 186) over rice
Friday: hearty lentil sausage soup (More-With-Less, page 212), salad, easy french bread (More-With-Less, page 63)
Saturday: fish and pasta w/ steamed vegetables
Sunday: hearty egg scramble (Taste of Home Grandma’s Favorites, page 20)
