Menu Plan Monday

We are finally back to our regular routine. The holidays and being able to relax and not follow schedule were nice, but the comfort of having a routine again is good too. Once again, there were several meals last week that I planned that didn’t happen. One evening, while our son was hanging out with his cousins, my husband and I went to Applebee’s and used a gift card. Another time, my parents invited us over for a meal. Hopefully I will actually get to make all of my meals that I am planning on this week.

Tuesday: cream of carrot-cheddar soup (More-With-Less, page 204), salad, leftover rolls

Wednesday: macaroni and cheese casserole and steamed veggies

Thursday: new potatoes and peas with ham (More-With-Less, page 140)

Friday: fish and leftovers

Saturday: bulgur ground beef casserole (Feasting Naturally (green binding), page 89), steamed veggies

Sunday: bacon and eggs

Monday: homemade pizza (I will be using the pizza sauce that I canned this summer)
