I am new to the clothesline side of drying laundry. (we recently installed retractable clothesline) So perhaps this is obvious and/or something that everyone does, but I would like to suggest that when you hang up clothes, hang pairs of things together, such as socks. When I take the socks off the line, I fold them and drop them into the basket.
I had thought of also folding items as I remove them from the line, but haven’t gotten that far yet. I’ll need to be more organized when hanging the items up in order for this to work well.
Do you have other clothesline tips?

The one thing I know is to hang shirts from the bottom so you don’t get clothes pin marks up by the neck and sleeves.
Happy Tuesday!

I am impressed that you hang your clothes on a clothes line. We can’t where we live I don’t think?? but I am just impressed I am sure it saves energy costs!
