Menu Plan Monday

My meal plan for this week is:

Monday: pita bread pizza with salad or a steamed vegetable

Tuesday: sweet and sour pork (More-with-Less, page 177) over rice (never got to this last week)

Wednesday: fish and pasta, with salad

Thursday: pot roast (Fix It and Forget It, page 85) (never got to this last week)

Friday: honey baked chicken (More-with-Less, page 180) and corn fritters (More-with-Less, page 120)

Saturday: apple oatmeal (More-with-Less, page 94)

Sunday: leftovers
