Menu Plan Monday
Tuesday: stroganoff and salad
Wednesday: we are going to a ministry meeting for dinner, I will be making biscuits or experimenting with rolls for our contribution to the meal.
Thursday: sweet and sour pork over rice, steamed veggies
Friday: we are going to a game party and will be taking a snack. not sure if we will eat before we go or not.
Saturday: chicken corn soup, leftover biscuits or rolls
Sunday: homemade pizza (never got to this last week) – I still need to look for a pizza dough recipe
Monday: hamloaf (it’s the ready to bake kind, my husband’s favorite. although I looked over the ingredient list and it doesn’t seem very healthy, so I want to search for a healthier hamloaf option), steamed veggies
