Food on Friday

Happy Friday to you! I want to share a recipe with you that I made for the first time last week. It’s from my Feasting Naturally cookbook (orange binding):
Peanut Butter Shake
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c natural style peanut butter
3 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1/4 c honey
1/2 t vanilla
dash of salt
4-6 ice cubes
Place milk, peanut butter, frozen bananas, vanilla and salt in the blender, process until smooth. Add ice and blend until ice is broken up and distributed throughout. Serve immediately or freeze in paper cups “popsicle-style”.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
My son loved this drink and asked me to start making it on a daily basis.
Here are some links concerning food that I found this week. The first one I just can’t wait to try!
