Tuesday: lasagna, salad, frozen fruit salad

Wednesday: fish and fried rice, steamed veggies

Thursday: grilled apple chicken, steamed veggies or salad and baked potatoes

Friday: ham broccoli and cheddar roll, carrots and dip

Saturday: leftovers

Sunday: leftovers or eggs
